Client Account Manager
Partner with sales staff to manage key accounts currently using TCI solutions. Maximize and add value for the customer by identifying additional revenue generating opportunities; build solid customer relationships and act as point person for customer questions and concerns.

Core Responsibilities include:
Effectively monitor day-to-day management of accounts
Support and train existing clients for TCI products
Provide up-sell opportunities to Clients

Qualifications:
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with demonstrated success in performing under resource and time constraints
Demonstrate the ability to coordinate deliverables and dependencies with other groups
Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service oriented skills.
Qualifying candidate must be adept at dealing with a frequently changing work environment.
Ability to think analytically and to set clear priorities, with very strong organizational, issue resolution, and decision-making skills required.
Strong understanding of internet and knowledge of computers.


Solution Specialist
The Solution Specialist Professional will be part of the sales teams for Tourism Industry Accounts throughout the world. They will be responsible for packaging, presenting and selling TCI and partner solutions into these accounts with primary focus on Tour Operator and DMO solutions.

Core Responsibilities include:
Developing sales and marketing plans as well as coordinating the resources to deliver on these plans.
Delivering Strategy and Marketing Design Ideas.
Providing direct feedback on customer requirements to product management for the development of new solution offerings and key features for the TCI solution line.

Qualifications:
Excellent executive communication skills
Strong writing and presentation skills
Qualifying candidate must be adept at dealing with a frequently changing work environment.
Ability to think analytically and to set clear priorities, with very strong organizational and decision-making skills required.
Strong understanding of internet and knowledge of computers.
